For Self-Advocates, By Self-Advocates

Who We Are

Our Vision

Nothing About Us Without Us
The Self-Advocate Network started in 2024. But it's not a new idea. Our years working with self-advocates taught us a lot. The big lesson? People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) know best about their own lives. Their their ideas make our work better. Their spirits lift up our own. We want them to be part of all decisions about their lives. We want everyone to include and respect them.
